Delivered in 3 stages of Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels under the CDC Creation Hub. Each stage is designed to be completed in 3 months (12 weeks). Participants would be required to complete about 80-hour course work (approximately 1 hour per day) with exercises, assignments, and Participants may also be required to participate in workshops and conferences to improve networking opportunities and access to resources. The course will be delivered on CDC Consult’s digital learning platform (Adansonia). Participants shall have access to the facilities of the hub for coursework, exercises, assignments, quizzes and networking.
On completion of the Advanced Level of entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurs should have a comprehensive understanding of strategic management, leadership and team management, innovation and entrepreneurial creativity Entrepreneurs should be able to develop a strategic plan, analyze the competitive environment, make strategic decisions, build, and lead a team, develop new products and services and create new business models.
