The course titled “Training of Trainer (ToT) for In-person Training – Strategies for New and Experienced Training Facilitators” is designed to equip training facilitators with effective approaches to training development and delivery in their individual areas of expertise. It is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of the underlying principles and practical tools needed to ensure that actual learning takes place in your training environment. This course is designed to help you develop and deliver training which is highly interactive as opposed to very little interaction. The course is structured in two (2) parts. The Part 1 focuses understanding who our participants are as adult leaders, the learning styles of adult learners and how to manage adult learners with baggage in the learning environment. .
