The course titled “Training of Trainer (ToT) for In-person Training – Strategies for New and Experienced Training Facilitators” is designed to equip training facilitators with effective approaches to training development and delivery in their individual areas of expertise. It is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of the underlying principles and practical tools needed to ensure that actual learning takes place in your training environment. This course is designed to help you develop and deliver training which is highly interactive as opposed to very little interaction. The course is structured in two (2) parts. The Part 2 focuses on equipping facilitators with strategies, tools, and techniques for identifying training needs, designing and developing training, delivering and evaluating training.
