The course titled “Training of Trainer (ToT) for In-person Training – Strategies for New and Experienced Training Facilitators” is designed to equip training facilitators with effective approaches to training development and delivery in their individual areas of expertise. It is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of the underlying principles and practical tools needed to ensure that actual learning takes place in your training environment. This course is designed to help you develop and deliver training that is highly interactive as opposed to very little interaction. The course is structured in two (2) parts. Part 1 focuses on understanding who our participants are as adult leaders, the learning styles of adult learners and how to manage adult learners with baggages in the learning environment. Part 2 focuses on equipping facilitators with strategies, tools, and techniques for identifying training needs, designing and developing training, delivering and evaluating training.
