Marketing goes beyond creating brand awareness to include all the steps that a business undertakes before developing a product or service, the users of the products and services and channels the business will use to make the products and services available to the intended users. This course is designed to help participants understand the basic questions they need to consider in developing or refining their products and services for the markets in which they operate.
